why you not give us username password after first installation? you said its free but you not give us username and password after installation. And we need to pay for ask you by create the ticket

To change root password, power on your Ubuntu computer while holding down the Shift Key on your keyboard. At the boot menu (GRUB) select (Recovery Mode). Then scroll down to root and press Enter. Next, run the command to remount root
"mount -rw -o remount /".
Finally, run the command to create / change your password
"passwd"

Unfortunately, the boot screen just flies right by in Ubuntu under VMWare. So the first thing you'll need to do is shut down the VM, and then get ready to start it up. But before you start the VM: get ready to hit Shift because that's what will get you into Grub. Ready? Ok. Boot it and hit Shift.
